An “Ongoing” (closed) group of 5 events. After the first meeting, it will no longer be possible to register. Only those who sign up by the first date in January 2025 can participate in the entire journey.

To join this special experience, a full commitment is required, meaning participation in all 5 events: 4 Sundays in Bologna and one weekend in Tuscany. It is precisely this dedication that will make the experience unique and meaningful.

A closed and ongoing group offers a unique opportunity due to the consistent presence of the same participants, making the work more intense and creating a particularly significant space of trust and openness. Last year, the ongoing group experienced truly special moments, and this year promises to be even more enriching and profound.

This experience is designed for dancers who wish to dedicate a period of time to the 5Rhythms practice together with others who share the same commitment. It is particularly suitable for those who have been practicing the 5Rhythms for some time and want to deepen their experience.

The group will focus on the Waves and Heartbeat levels of the 5Rhythms. We will explore a wide range of maps within these levels, using various tools.

Evening of June 20 to afternoon of June 22* – SPIRIT

The Sundays will be held at:

Art Factory International, via della casa buia 4, 40129, Bologna

The weekend will be a residential event in Tuscany in a special location.
